Camila Cabello – Havana free Download MP3 (Lyrics)

Camila Cabello is one the most popular and influential singers of all time in the Cuban music scene, known for her high-energy, vocal melodies that are memorable and beloved by all who hear them. Her music has sold millions of copies worldwide and she has constantly been ranked among the best-selling Latin musical acts. For many years, Camila Cabello has kept a busy touring schedule, playing shows across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her extensive touring schedule has allowed her to hone her craft and explore different genres of music including rock, folk, and classical.

The live version of Camila Cabello’s” Havana”, featuring her electrifying vocals and guitar work with a befitting beat, was recently released to celebrate the 50th anniversaries of the famous singer’s legendary performance at Havana’s Barriers Hotel during Cuba’s communist revolution. Just like her historical album, the new “Havana” version features exceptional music from a unique and energetic band that features members from both the Cuba and US musical industries. The collaboration was created by Tony Cuffe and Craig Feiler. The band is composed of English guitarist Martin Carthy on drums, Dan Gibson on bass, Andres Segovia on guitar, and Joanna Newsom on vocals. With the band’s current lineup, along with its long list of former and present members, the band’s Havana single” Lonely Night” represents a welcome change from Camila’s previous singles which tend to sound too much like hit songs from decades past. Unlike past singles which have seemed to lack a unique or distinctive sound, the band’s latest effort maintains the energy and drive that made Camila one of the world’s best-selling female solo artists.

A slow paced rock song about loneliness and a desire to escape the daily grind of life,” Lonely Night” is an introspective but hopeful number which perfectly embodies Camila’s unique sound. This track also gives a shout out to Cuban music fans who have yet to experience this genre’s brilliance on a mainstream level. It would be interesting to see what changes may be made to the original “Lonely Night” in order to make it a more rewarding live version.

Lyrics

Havana, ooh na-na (ayy)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
He took me back to East Atlanta, na-na-na, ah
Oh, but my heart is in Havana (ayy)
There’s somethin’ ’bout his manners (uh-huh)
Havana, ooh-na-na (uh)
He didn’t walk up with that “how you doin’?” (uh)
When he came in the room
He said there’s a lot of girls I can do with (uh)
But I can’t without you
I knew him forever in a minute (hey)
That summer night in June
And papa says he got malo in him (uh)
He got me feelin’ like…
Ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh (ayy)
I knew it when I met him (ayy), I loved him when I left him
Got me feelin’ like, ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
And then I had to tell him, I had to go
Oh-na-na-na-na-na (woo)
Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
He took me back to East Atlanta, na-na-na (uh huh)
Oh, but my heart is in Havana (ayy)
My heart is in Havana (ayy)
Havana, ooh-na-na
Jeffery, just graduated, fresh on campus, mmm
Fresh out East Atlanta with no manners, damn (fresh out East Atlanta)
Bump on her bumper like a traffic jam
Hey, I was quick to pay that girl like Uncle Sam (here you go, ayy)
Back it on me (back it up)
Shawty cravin’ on me, get to eatin’ on me (on me)
She waited on me (then what?)
Shawty cakin’ on me, got the bacon on me (wait up)
This is history in the makin’, on me (on me)
Point blank, close range, that B
If it cost a million, that’s me (that’s me)
I was gettin’ mula, baby
Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (oh, ayy, ayy)
He took me back (uh huh) to East Atlanta, na-na-na (oh, no)
Oh, but my heart is in Havana (ayy)
My heart is in Havana (ayy)
Havana, ooh-na-na
Ooh-na-na, oh-na-na-na (ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh)
Take me back, back, back like…
Ooh-na-na, oh-na-na-na (yeah, babe)
Take me back, back, back like…
Ooh-na-na, oh-na-na-na (yeah, yeah)
Take me back, back, back like…
Ooh-na-na, oh-na-na-na (yeah, babe)
Take me back, back, back
Hey, hey
Ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh (hey)
Ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh (hey)
Take me back to my Havana
Havana, ooh na-na (hey)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (oh, yeah)
He took me back to East Atlanta, (ayy, ayy) na-na-na
Oh, but my heart is in Havana
My heart is in Havana (ayy)
Havana, ooh-na-na
Uh-huh
Oh, na-na-na (oh, na, yeah)
Oh, na-na-na
Oh, na-na-na (no, no, no, take me back)
Oh, na-na-na
Havana, ooh-na-na
